For regular parcel orders, you will be emailed tracking information once your order ships.
For Shave Club orders (available in Canada only), tracking information is not provided, as they ship using Canada Post Lettermail, which does not issue tracking information. You will receive an email 3 days prior to your next scheduled ship date, providing you with the opportunity to cancel or edit your order before it ships.
Please note you will not receive a shipping notification email the day your order ships. Your Shave Club order will ship automatically on the day it is scheduled. Please allow up to 15 business days after your order ships for it to arrive.
