After your order is placed, our warehouse staff will begin fulfilling your order as soon as possible. If your order has not yet begun fulfilling, you may be able to cancel your order.
If you'd like to request a cancellation or change an order that has recently been placed, click CANCEL or EDIT in your order confirmation email, the order status page, or the Order History section of your store account page.
Note that your ability to edit or cancel an order using the method above is automatically disabled when an order has begun fulfilling. If your order is already in the process of being fulfilled, we will be unable to cancel or change your order.
