If you are unable to locate an order that has been delivered, follow the steps below:
- Check your order or shipping confirmation email to ensure the shipping address you entered at checkout is correct and complete, and includes a unit or suite number if applicable.
- Check the order tracking page to see if your parcel was delivered to a community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox.
- If you live in an apartment or condo building, check with concierge or building management.
- Check with any family members or neighbors who may be holding the package for you.
- Check around the entrances of your residence for the package, particularly on back porches, bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather.
In most cases, if a parcel is marked as successfully delivered by the carrier to the address entered, we will be unable to provide additional details regarding the exact location of your parcel.
