Most issues regarding tracking pages are resolved simply by waiting. A parcel is considered to still be in transit unless the following conditions are met:
CANADA
If the last activity on your order tracking page is Shipment picked up by Canada Post or
Electronic information submitted by shipper, and more than 7 business days has passed, contact us as there may be an issue with your order.
If the last activity on your order tracking page is Item in Transit, this means your parcel has entered Canada Post's mailing system, is on its way to its destination, and will arrive shortly.
USA
If it has been more than 15 days since the date of last activity on your order tracking page, please contact us as we will be able to open a ticket with the carrier. Unless it has been more than 15 days since the date of last activity on your order tracking page, your order is considered to still be in transit and we will not be able to open a lost parcel claim with the carrier.
